How To Order
You can make an order or enquiry by sending us an e-mail at the address on the contact page or you can telephone on 07775 686267.
We will then send you either an order confirmation or a pro forma invoice. Because of the options available on fabrics, lead times and size of the furniture pieces etc it is often advantageous to talk to us first about you order before you make it.
Whilst we will make every endeavour to adhere to the agreed delivery dates in some instances circumstances beyond our control mean we may have to amend delivery times, we will endeavour to ensure that this is kept to the minimum and if it does occur then any alterations will be communicated in a timely manner. We cannot accept responsibility for additional costs arising from such delays.
It is important that the customer checks the access conditions (staircases, door and corridor dimensions) and how the piece will fill the space when situated. Remember to measure dimensions at the narrowest points and if certain items are expected to fit into cabinets they are measured too.
To meet client expectations we deliver and if necessary assemble the larger pieces of furniture ourselves and try to make arrangements most convenient to our customers. Smaller pieces are generally delivered through our delivery partner. When a delivery partner the furniture it is important to bear in mind the following, the delivery is made to the ground floor front door and by a single driver.
When large pieces of furniture are delivered/assembled it is essential that the customer works with us to reduce the risk of damage to their property. The route and delivery area should be clear of obstacles, pictures and items of value that may inhibit a safe installation or get damaged during delivery and assembly Rugs must be removed and carpets & floors protected if necessary. While we will take maximum care during the delivery we cannot accept responsibility for damages caused during this process. Please note if you are concerned that your installation may be a more complex one please let us know and we can make any necessary preparations.
Cancellations and Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return the item within 7 days and you will be refunded less the cost of delivery and collection. To do this you must keep all your packaging and return the goods in the condition that they are they were delivered. You must keep your copy of the delivery note and return the goods with a copy. You will be reimbursed when the goods are checked for damage and signs of wear. It is therefore important that you keep packaging and delivery documentation until you are entirely happy with your purchase.

Wood Is A Natural Product
The natural beauty and "figure" in the grain of wood is what makes it so special, Each leg, seat backrest is unique in its coloration and grain. Most of the items we make are supplied in oak and considerable effort will have been made to ensure the wood selected will suite the piece but coloration and knot position figure content is not an exact science and returns on the basis of these qualities is not accepted.
Wood Is A Living Product
Wood can be considered "live" in that it moves dependent on the amount of moisture & heat surrounding it. At the time of manufacture moisture levels in our wood are constant and great efforts are made at maximising the stability and reducing the possibilities for damaging kinds movement to occur. However during transportation and delivery these may have altered and if wood is kept in too dry, too humid or damp conditions there is a risk of movement. Movement can take the form of warping, winding of shaking (cracks) forming, if you have concerns about any of these on your purchase please contact us.
